SATVA Announces Membership Meeting on Wednesday April 30th

SATVA Semi-Annual Members’ and Board of Directors’ Meetings

Dear SATVA members and prospective members,

As many of you are aware the NCCBH 38th National Council Conference is scheduled for May 1-3, 2008 in Boston, MA.  Since many SATVA members attend this conference each year we have decided to plan our meeting in accordance with this great event and have scheduled the SATVA Semi-Annual Members and Board of Directors Meeting for April 30, 2008. The meeting will take place at the Lenox Hotel in Boston, at 61 Exeter Street.

Our last member meeting marked the beginning of a new SATVA meeting format, which was received very well by the membership and will be repeated in this and future meetings of SATVA. 

The meeting presents the opportunity to socialize with your competitors and explore potential business partnerships. Join with other SATVA members of your own choosing for a social dinner the evening before or after the meeting at any one of the wonderful restaurants in the area.

8:00am: Continental breakfast, social hour (optional)

9:00am: Meeting begins with brief introductions of all those attending: Introduction of Board Members and Officers

10:30am: Open Discussion  

12:00: Lunch

1:30: SATVA Office Report:  

Membership, Budget outlook, Standard Operating Procedures, Column Rotation

SATVA project reports: SAMHSA HL-7 Initiative – Kathy Peres and Mike Morris

2:00: Consultants Meeting

4:00: Adjourn

4:00 – 5:30: Board Meeting

6:30: Members Dinner
