Fill Out Membership Application

To join SATVA, a prospective member company must meet the Qualifying Criteria for Membership (see below), and must complete and submit the above on-line application. After Board approval of the application, an invoice will be sent for dues according to the tiered dues structure indicated in the Dues Description Statement (see below).  Upon receipt of initial dues payment, an organization becomes a full member.

Qualifying Criteria for Membership
To qualify for membership, organizations must have a strong interest and established customer base in the behavioral health and human service industry, which includes any or all of the following industry segments:  mental health, chemical dependency, child welfare, or mental retardation/developmental disabilities.  Some member organizations may also have products that target other industry segments as well.
The types of organizations that qualify for membership are any or all of the following:

1. Software product providers who offer tools that automate all or part of a behavioral health or human service organization (inclusive of Provider, EAP and MCO organizations).
2. ASP/Internet providers who offer business & clinical practice management and/or other business services to individual behavioral health providers, provider organizations, EAP's and MCO's.
3. Content providers who provide internet-based behavioral health information and content to individual providers/clinicians/therapists and consumers.

Dues Description Statement
Membership dues are assessed under a three-tiered structure based upon a company’s annual revenues.  The Board of Directors sets the revenue amount used to determine the four tiers and the dues amount within each tier.  For current SATVA members and for new the dues structure for the 2007-2008 membership year is:

$2,500:    companies with annual revenues less than $2 million
$5,000:    companies with annual revenues between $2 million and $5 million
$7,500:    companies with annual revenues over $5 million up to $15 million
$15,000:  companies with annual revenues over $15 million up to $50 million

Those companies that prefer to make installment payments will be given the opportunity to pay on the first day of July, October and January of the SATVA fiscal year.  There will be an additional $200 annual charge for processing fees.
